I was at the gym tonight and the opener for book three came to me. Any time you can get into theta wave state you've got a chance for some free inspiration like that.

Really cool scene. Hyper violent, kinda psychedelic. Foreshadowing the top of the MC's power arc later in the series. Possible that I might move it to book four, but can't say for sure right now.

So anyway, that pumped the word count up to 14k already without having even started the thing. Bonus. :)
