Operational Funds?
So in modern military units not everything the unit needs is completely vertically integrated into the supply system so units have funds to buy things not in the supply system. Does Shoel have something like that or is everything they could possibly need vertically integrated into the supply system? Like does the government make government towels or paper, desks anything not directly a piece of military equipment?

There is, I just need to finish the last fan reward item and turn the damn thing on.
Similar problem with the audio books. Need to put the time in to start studying the AI technology for it. All the audiobook companies that have offered to take on my series have had something in their contract that was a dealbreaker for me. The last one tried to offer a 20/80 cut in their favor. Absolutely absurd. They're gonna wipe out their own industry.
Anyway, I've got one big problem to clean up this week, then I'm focusing on book stuff totally for the next several months.
...and I really, really hope that's true.
